Care Instructions

Do not leave your Neso up for longer than 24 hours to preserve the life of the fabric.

Before packing away your Neso, shake out the sand and make sure the tent and all parts are dry.

If you are adding rocks to the anchor bags, avoid using sharp or abrasive rocks as these may rip holes in the fabric.

Washing Instructions

Remove anchor bags or straps and wash separately.

Machine wash cold or hand wash on gentle/delicate cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. No iron, no bleach.

Savior from the heat

OmG.... we were in the heat for 3 days.
These sun shades were excellent at keeping us out of the 100 dagree heat.
And they handled the slight winds we had in the evening. Highly recommend for any occasion. We were in the grass. These screw in posted were helpful and held firm.

Great product, great customer service.

Bought a Neso Grande while on vacation and we love it. More importantly, top notch customer service. When we returned home from vacation I noticed the top of the storage bag was ripping. I called brief conversation, emailed a few pictures and I had a new bag in a few days. We are hosting a party at our home this weekend. I wanted to get the ground stake kit. I called Tuesday to order I told the young lady I spoke to I needed it by Sunday. It showed up yesterday(Thursday). Great company!

Hours of joy on the beach!

Love it! We purchased an extra set of poles and typically go with the horizontal set up - more shaded area, less wind issue, and no view obstruction for fellow beach goers.
